    Brad Nathan

    DIRECTOR

    Brad is the Founder and President of Lynx Equity Limited (Lynx), where his primary responsibilities include capital sourcing, deal origination, and transaction oversight. Since founding Lynx in 2007, he has grown it to over CAD $800 million a year in consolidated revenue, with over 60 wholly-owned operating businesses throughout North America, Europe, and the UK. Prior to founding Lynx, he was President of Succession Capital Corporation where he grew the business from $0 to $40M in sales. Brad has previously worked in venture capital at Rothschild Canada Limited, he worked as a Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse, Grant Thornton, and Coopers & Lybrand.

    Joanna Lipfeld

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Joanna is Managing Director of Lynx Income Trust and serves as Chief Financial Officer of Lynx Equity, where she leads all finance and administrative functions across the firm and its subsidiaries. Her responsibilities include financial planning and strategy, financial reporting and compliance, cash flow and capital management, as well as oversight of accounting operations. In addition, Joanna plays a central role in portfolio bank financing and capital structure strategy, working with institutional investors. Joanna is also actively involved in the integration and operational alignment of portfolio companies, supporting performance optimization to drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. Prior to co-founding Lynx Equity in 2007, Joanna held roles at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, 724 Solutions Inc., and Johnson & Johnson Medical Products, where she participated in executive development initiatives.

    Warren Lee

    DIRECTOR

    Warren is an entrepreneur and private equity investor with over 13 years of business experience as the owner of the TKMT Academy and Positec Pest Control Company. With three locations across Toronto, TKMT Academy is a leading facility of Muay Thai kickboxing across the GTA, training 1,000+ students annually. Positec Pest Control provides pest control services in the Greater Toronto Area and is his family business that started in 1983. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Warren was a Toronto high school teacher of Canadian history and economics, and founded his school's entrepreneur and investors club to help train young minds to become tomorrow's business leaders.

    DIRECTOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Lorne is the Director of Business Development at Lynx Equity Income Trust and Lynx Investment Corp. With more than 30 years of operational experience contributing to both the building and running of a successful family business, Lorne Bloomberg is a seasoned professional in strategic business development and growth.  His leadership in building an international sales force is a demonstration of his successful track record and strong experience in diversified business expansion.  Lorne’s background makes him exceptionally well equipped to both recognize and showcase the value of investing in Lynx Equity Income Trust and the businesses within the Lynx Equity Limited portfolio of companies. 

  • Julie Wodehouse

    ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

    Julie is the Associate Director of the Lynx Equity Income Trust, having joined the team in 2023. She brings over seven years of experience at Lynx, primarily in the Finance department where she manages subsidiary reporting, modeling, and financing initiatives. She has also worked operationally and on M&A projects over the years, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the business. In her current role, Julie oversees Sales, Business, and Product Development. Julie holds an Honours Economics degree from McMaster University and is a CFA Candidate. Before her tenure at Lynx, she worked in the Finance and Operations department at a fintech company, managing accounts and client onboarding. In her free time, Julie enjoys golfing, spending time up north, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.

  • Andrew Oh

    FUND ADMINISTRATOR

    Andrew Oh joined Lynx Equity Income Trust in February 2026 as Fund Administrator. He brings over 7 years of experience of investor relations and fund administration, having previously worked at Centurion Asset Management Inc. He serves as the primary point of contact between the fund and its investors, overseeing investor reporting, onboarding, and ongoing communications. Known for delivering accurate, timely information and maintaining strong investor relationships, Andrew helps ensure transparency, trust, and operational excellence. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, golfing, and bowling.
